With over 35 years of experience, Yasmine Gray is the consummate professional, bringing together a rare skill set of exceptional experience in the communications industry and a genuine understanding of business in a wide range of industries.
After 15 years working as a journalist both in the UK and Australia across radio, TV, newspapers and magazines, Yasmine moved into public relations and founded one of Brisbane’s most successful agencies, Graymedia, which she merged with the Havas Group, the world’s fourth largest marketing communications agency, in 2014.
Yasmine is an industry Fellow, has held multiple board positions including with Baseball Australia, is a former board director and Queensland President for PRIA and prides herself on being a leader and mentor to all those around her. She actively works to improve industry standards by regularly supporting Queensland’s leading universities and won multiple awards including for Women in Media and Women in Business.
Aside from being on the national Red Havas executive team she has extensive board experience and provides strategic advice to a range of businesses.
Kris Lennard is the co-founder of Ryno Hire, a family-owned construction machinery rental company in Brisbane. She serves as the business and marketing head of the company, wearing several "hats"in between. Kris has over a decade's experience in entrepreneurship and knows first-hand the highs and lows of what it takes to run a thriving business. Thanks to her efforts, Ryno Hire has been a finalist for three years running in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
Over the past seven years, she has heavily invested in her own education, even to this day to ensure the best possible success of her company.,"You need to improve yourself, in order to improve your business, you can't have one without the other."
As well as being a business owner, Kris is also involved with HRIA (Hire and Rental Industry Association) as a Women in Hire mentor and is an ambassador for SoBrave, a not-for-profit for Australia's leading young women's breast cancer charity.
